Batteries are disappearing from parking facilities.

Over the summer there were various reports of theft of batteries for electric bicycles from parking facilities. For example, batteries were stolen from the Arnhem station and a parking garage in Amsterdam. Municipalities simply reject liability. (Source Fietsersbond Karin Broer 11 February 2020)

E-charging facility CHARLY® offers the possibility to charge your e-(cargo) bike in a theft-proof manner in public spaces. A safe with a socket also offers space for your own charger. During loading, the locker is locked by securely tying the bicycle with its own attachment chain. The attachment facility is designed according to the ‘Fietsparkeur 2.5’ standard. CHARLY® is available as a wall model and freestanding.
