AXLE IVO® at Portalis VvE management – Flexibly placed in a parking garage without groundwork
Street-Stuff! created a sophisticated bicycle parking solution in the parking garage for the Portalis VvE management residential complex. We installed our AXLE IVO® Single-sidedunits directly onto plastic road plates, completely without groundwork. This made the installation fast, sustainable, and fully reversible.
What made this project extra special was the collaboration with the residents. We discussed walking routes and access together on-site, adjusting the layout based on their wishes. Older residents, in particular, appreciated this input, as it resulted in a clearer layout and easier access.
To further enhance convenience, all bicycle racks are equipped with a ramp. This allows even older residents to easily park their bicycle in the upper parking space. Moreover, each parking space is numbered, so everyone has their own designated spot. This prevents confusion and increases ease of use.
In conclusion, thanks to the modular design of the AXLE IVO® and the flexible installation on ramps, the entire installation could be completed quickly and without disruption. Furthermore, the system is low-maintenance and suitable for daily use, even in a busy residential complex.
